Can we keep our domain and email addresses?

Yes. Your addresses stay the same; we update your domain's mail settings during cutover.

How long does a migration take?

Timing depends on your users, source system, data volume and access requirements. We scope the migration and agree a schedule, test plan and cutover window before starting.

Do we need Workspace to use Google Meet room hardware?

Yes. Meet hardware requires a Google Workspace subscription plus a Meet hardware license per device.

Can you take over our existing Workspace subscription?

Google supports transferring eligible subscriptions to a reseller. We review your current plan, billing commitment and administrator access before confirming a transfer; do not cancel your subscription to start this process.
