Meet hardware needs a Google Workspace subscription plus a Meet hardware license. Current license price: $250 per room per year.
Google recommends buying from a reseller for more than 10 licenses. We co-term renewals so they don't sneak up on you.
Supported Google Meet hardware can join Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex meetings using built-in interoperability. Your administrator must allow the relevant service; some features may differ from the native meeting app.
We carry room hardware from Logitech, Neat, Lenovo, HP Poly and ASUS. Certification and compatibility depend on the exact model and configuration; we check these when specifying your room.
